OneUp's Wave pedal takes a novel approach to the mountain bike flat pedal, offering a hybrid convex/concave shape that promotes dropping your heels on the descents and a more natural pedal stroke while seated.Ā
The front half of the pedal is concave and hugs the ball of your foot to give a locked in descending feel, while the convex back half allows your heels to drop when the trail gets rough. Utilizing this new profile keeps your feet exactly where you want them without relying on incredibly long and sharp pins.Ā
Using a proven chromoly axle, the Wave pedal uses the same bearings, bushings, and seals as the OneUp Clip Pedals. It includes the Pedal Bearing Nut Tool so you can easily service these pedals at home for years to come.Ā
